Internal Knowledge Sharing 1

Every 2 week, we will have a knowledge sharing where one will be chosen to present whatever he/she wants to present.


I have learned few things today

1. "Any decision is better than no decision. And believe yourself that any decision make by u at the point of time is the right decision." This encorages me a lot as I am a indecisive girl. Yes, you will never know what decision you make will lead you to what kind of outcomes but staying there and decide nothing can ensure you nowhere. So bear in mind, kenken



2. One of my colleague bring upa issue where I think I share the same stand with him. There are many times that I will be hesitated in sending mail because I am not sure is the mail written is good enough. I will drafted and drafted again or maybe like what he said delete the whole thing and write a new one. Then after you send it, when you get a reply what's next? How should you respond? He totally voices out the issue that I faced too. I think instead of hesitating and wasting time, just do it. Sometimes having too much thoughts in mind will make you stagnant also. Ya, just do it!



3. Being fearful to speak up in front of so many people is my weak. I'm afraid that whatever I said might sounds like a fool, it might cause a conflict or it makes me look like idiot. However, in this sharing session, once again reinforce my belief that speak up your thoughts because you never really know what insights that you put into others and that may lead to a discusion  Also you may just indirectly encourages others. You will never know. And of course present your points and statements it in a nice way. I need to be more courageous arrrrrrrrr
Oh! and also need to know what's the topic, read more, be knowlegable so that you speak the right things or else how are you going to ask any question and give any comment on things that you don't know? Right? 



4. Put down ego and learn 



5. The Secret - Law of attraction is being mentioned in thi session. Coz the presenter give a point where he said belief is not equal to reality, it is just a thought. But do you know how powerful a thought can be? Without the initial thought, I think we wouldn't enjoy what we enjoy today in terms of advance technology. Many things happen in the Universe simultaneously, but with the strong belief you can call out to what event you want it happen in the reality. And all this can only done by Action. Talking about "calling out" this phrase, I relate back to my work where the Universe work exactly like server. It will call the ads that you already set to be published at the sites that you wanted it to publish. Aren't it quite similar? 



Well, of all these I just want to jot down and when I read it back, it might give me a new perspective. Who knows?
